Kachemak Bay Conservation Society is excited to announce that we'll be raffling an Alpacka Scout packraft at our upcoming Wild and Scenic Film Festival. Raffle tickets will be available at the festival for $20. We will also have a second place raffle item - a messenger bag from Peak Design.
Tickets are available at the door for $20.
The Alpacka Scout is described as: So small and light that you won’t even notice it in your pack. We cut a pound off the original Scout by using new fabrics that shave weight while maintaining high durability. We also added the option of a lightweight seat that makes for a much more comfortable paddling position. The Scout features 10-inch diameter tubes and no bells and whistles to keep the weight and bulk to the absolute minimum. Its everything you need for fastpacking, canyoneering, river crossings, and mountain lake fishing.
The Peak Design messenger bag is described as: We partnered with renowned adventure traveler/photographer Trey Ratcliff to create one bag that adapts to your gear and lifestyle, no matter where you go or what you're carrying. In doing so, we reimagined nearly every aspect of the classic messenger, from the MagLatch closure, to the origami-inspired FlexFold dividers, to the weatherproof expandable protective shell (400D nylon canvas) and hyper-adjusting internally padded seatbelt strap. Dedicated Capture clip attachment points and front access panel are designed for lightning-fast photography, drone, and everyday gear access. This bag is for creatives, travelers, commuters and everyone in-between.
We will also have door prizes at the film festival, including boxes of Cliff Bars and many more treats.
Don't miss your chance to watch great films and support Kachemak Bay Conservation Society.
Special thanks to Alpacka Raft, Peak Design, Cliff Bar, and many more.
